Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trials, when offered, convert to paid Subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial features and duration may vary by plan.

You may cancel renewal through account billing settings or by contacting support@solarchos.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Access continues until that date.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your order form. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the charge with details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
