Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of SolArch OS. It supplements our Terms of Service.

You must not:

• Violate law or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or probe or scan systems without permission.
• Send spam, phishing, or deceptive communications through integrated channels.
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or security controls.

We monitor for patterns that threaten platform stability or other customers. Automated rate limits and fair-use policies may apply to API, email, SMS, and storage features.

Do not test vulnerabilities on production without written authorisation. Report security issues to support@solarchos.com. We support coordinated disclosure and will not pursue action against good-faith researchers who follow our instructions.
